Rhine Kids Kindergarten is a co-established by renowned Chinese and German education organizations and we work to implement the education philosophy of Madame Soong Ching Ling and Mr. Cai Yuanpei - ‘Embracing and Compatible’, as well as Waldorf’s anthroposophy, which respects children’s natural growth, and are currently the first kindergarten to combine Chinese and German education approaches.

We are dedicated to teaching children traditional Chinese culture as well as the diversity of the world cultures.

“Be a cultural specialist; be a nature embracer; be a universe explorer”, Madame Soong Ching Ling’s tenets lie at the core of our philosophy. Inspired by the concept of German forest kindergartens, children play, learn and grow in nature at our kindergarten. We provide a high quality education environment and are dedicated to teaching children traditional Chinese culture as well as the diversity of the world cultures, in order to cultivate kids’ pride of being Chinese and become responsible world citizens.

　　通过对本国文化价值的理解和认同，建立儿童与本国文化相对应的情感态度和人格行为；通过对异国文化差异的了解和尊重，培养儿童接纳与包容世界文化的开阔胸襟和远大胸怀。从而使儿童成为传承本国民族文化的主人，也成为维护和宣扬世界各民族不同文化的主人。

The children are led to explore their own cultural history, its values and traditions that have shaped Chinese society through the millennia into the present.

Furthermore, the children will examine the exotic cultural backgrounds from far-away places, discover similarities and differences and learn to respect other peoples’ backgrounds, opinions and diversities. Making them ready for the 21st century and all the opportunities that await those who can work and live together in a multi-cultural, global world.

At Rhine Kids we foster the children’s natural born curiosity in understanding of the relationship between humans and how all of us are governed by universal natural laws. We are dedicated to teaching early on about the importance of ecological preservation and protection to help generate a generation of young people who are not only aware of the fragile balance between nature and man, but who are also dedicated to protecting it to create a healthy, sustainable future for all.
